The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Semenov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Alan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Alan moves forwards but Semenov connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Alan tries to clinch but Semenov moves out of range.
Semenov motions for Alan to come forward. Semenov throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Semenov circles away from the clinch attempt.

Alan shoots in looking for a takedown. Semenov tries to sprawl out of it but Alan keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Semenov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Semenov fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Alan.
