Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Knuckle Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Pineda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone comes to the cage accompanied by Gimme Shelter. Knuckle Stone could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mark Pineda's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 11 - 2, fighting out of London, Knuckle Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mark Pineda! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone scores with a one two! Pineda had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Pineda misses with a straight right. A telegraphed right hand from Stone misses the target. Stone misses with a wild body shot. Pineda throws a good cross that connects.
Pineda throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stone on the side of the head. Pineda lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stone circles away quickly and effectively. Pineda misses with a body shot.
Pineda on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stone. Stone obviously looking to wear him down.
Pineda swings for the body but Stone moves out of range.
Stone throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Pineda shoots in looking for a takedown but Stone manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pineda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Pineda avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Stone keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone lands with an uppercut that bounces Pineda off the cage and back into range. Stone slips a jab from Pineda. Stone blocks a jab. Stone tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Stone moves away from the strike by Pineda. Stone moves away from the strike by Pineda. Stone scores with a sloppy right hand. Pineda should have avoided that one. Pineda throws a right and a left that both miss. A looping hook to the body misses from Stone. Pineda does a little dance to reset his feet. Pineda chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Stone can pounce on him.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Pineda misses with a straight right. A big right from Pineda misses. Stone lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mark Pineda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pineda thows a left - swing and a miss! Stone looks to land a combination. Pineda sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Pineda looks to score with a jab to the body but Stone is just out of range. That kick from Stone tenderised Pineda's leg. Pineda is trying to keep his angry face on. Stone throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Stone gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pineda. Pineda scores with a decent looking hook. Stone lands a nice looking body shot.
Stone throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pineda stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pineda swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pineda steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Stone. Pineda throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Pineda looks to score with a jab to the body but Stone is just out of range. Pineda misses with a looping left. Pineda slips a straight right by Stone. A big left from Pineda misses. Pineda throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stone sees it coming and avoids it easily. Pineda misses the shot to the body. Stone throws the kick towards the body but Pineda avoids it. Stone throws a right hand that Pineda ducks under and follows up with a left that Pineda also avoids with ease. Stone's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Stone duly obliges.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pineda feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Pineda working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Pineda throwing strikes from guard but Stone blocks nicely. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pineda accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Pineda has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Pineda working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pineda trying to control the position from guard on top but Stone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pineda throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stone works some decent striking defense from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Knuckle Stone will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Pineda misses with a looping right. A jab from Stone finds it's way through Pineda's defenses. Knuckle Stone is winning the standup battle so far. Stone thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pineda if he has to take too many more of those.

letting Stone counter with a right hand. Stone bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Pineda comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Pineda misses with an uppercut
and Stone counters with an inside leg kick. Stone stalks Pineda and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pineda's face. Pineda staggers backwards, shaken.
Pineda is rocked!
