And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payne pushes Daniels up against the cage in a clinch.
Daniels takes a knee to the side of the body.
Payne pulls Daniels into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Payne is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Daniels is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Payne is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Payne has escaped and now he's on top!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Daniels pushes a forearm under Payne's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Payne is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

A determined Jack Daniels didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
