Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Collin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herp Derp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Derp punishes Collin's body with a nice straight punch.
Derp closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Collin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Derp throws a right hand that Collin ducks under and follows up with a left that Collin also avoids with ease.
Derp lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Collin circles away quickly and effectively.
Herp Derp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Collin moves out of range of the strikes.
Collin could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Derp connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Ron Collin has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Derp swinging wildly here.
Derp on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Derp lands a nice looking body shot.
Derp cracks Collin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Derp has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Collin to stand back up!
Collin is breathing heavily.
Some wild striking there from Derp.
Derp keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Derp misses with a two punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Derp misses the shot to the body.
Derp throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Derp sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Collin's defenses. It connects perfectly with Collin's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Herp Derp!
