Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roman Colt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Draven Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colt comes to the cage accompanied by Just What I Am. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roman Colt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Draven Lucas!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Colt tries to advance to mount but can't.
Colt goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Lucas rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Colt's guard! Nice work there by Lucas!
Colt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lucas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Colt wants to improve his position but instead Lucas has moved into half guard.
Lucas is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Colt has managed to free his arm - good work.
Lucas thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Colt is not content to let Lucas control the position.

Colt trying to control but Lucas postures up.
Colt tries to roll over but Lucas keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colt gets full guard.
Lucas not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Colt is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Colt looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Lucas has picked Colt up and slammed him! Colt can't keep hold of the triangle and Lucas manages to pass to side control!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Colt decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Draven Lucas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucas bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Colt drives through with a takedown into Lucas's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lucas is on top in guard.
Lucas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Colt has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lucas has managed to get both his arms back between Colt's legs - danger averted.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lucas controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Lucas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Colt working for submissions but it's allowed Lucas to get to half guard.
Colt has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lucas is working away from the top position though.
Lucas trying to control the action but Colt is working from the bottom.

Colt is trying to stand up here but Lucas is controlling him well.
Roman Colt overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lucas throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Colt because Lucas loaded up on that one.

That was a close second round but I would say that Roman Colt will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Lucas tries to close the distance and clinch but Colt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Colt is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lucas's half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Draven Lucas.
