A fine choice. Mann has chosen Perfect for Me as his entrance music. Ginger Mann has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howard moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Dwight Howard has been cut.
Howard shoots and misses
and Mann counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Mann looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Howard trying to control here.
Mann lands strikes from half guard.
Mann stands up and beckons Howard to join him on the feet.
Howard moves out of range as Mann strikes.
Howard will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mann looking to score a takedown here. Howard is defending well but Mann drives through and ends up in Howard's guard.
Howard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mann on the ground.
Howard wants to stand up but Mann is controlling him.
Howard is working an open guard so Mann takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Howard takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Howard is rocked!
Howard drops his hands for a split second and Mann immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Howard face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Mann follows up with a right hand that knocks Howard into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ginger Mann!
During a confident post fight interview, Ginger Mann thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
