The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kadoic throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Antonio's head.
Kadoic keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Antonio.
Kadoic misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Antonio throws a low kick, looking for Kadoic's leg but Kadoic calmly moves out of range.
Kadoic throws a half hearted mid kick.
Antonio wants to land a leg kick but Kadoic is out of range.
Kadoic takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Antonio misses with an attempted mid kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kadoic.

Antonio fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kadoic sprawls well initially but Antonio persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Antonio seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Kadoic has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Antonio is working away from the top position though.

Antonio tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kadoic knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Antonio has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Antonio is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kadoic is just riding it out for now. Antonio eventually gives up the hold.

Antonio fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kadoic has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kadoic feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Antonios jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Antonio throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kadoic.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Antonio.
Antonio tries to land a leg kick but Kadoic saw it coming and moves away.
Kadoic is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Antonio does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Kadoic lands a big head kick that sends Antonio tumbling to the mat! Kadoic takes a step backwards and waves Antonio back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kadoic lands a big uppercut and Antonio crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Antonio looks OK. Kadoic waves Antonio back to his feet!
Antonio throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Antonio walks straight into a right hand from Kadoic - that's dropped him! Kadoic jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Antonio from any more punishment! Antonio complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
