Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Coach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walt Potter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Potter is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Emalkay - When I Look At You. Walt Potter has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Coach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Walt Potter! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Potter misses. Potter shoots in for a takedown but Coach shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Coach decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Coach stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Potter to get to his feet. Potter takes a swing at Coach's ribcage but misses. Potter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Coach circles away. Potter drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A slapping leg kick lands for Coach.
Potter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Coach swings for the body but Potter moves out of range.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nice defenses there by Coach. Coach jabs at Potter's body. Potter scores with a body shot.
Potter fails with the takedown. James Coach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Walt Potter.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coach scores with a jab to the jaw. Potter tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Coach misses the jab. Coach connects with a solid leg kick. James Coach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Coach chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Coach connects with a solid leg kick. Potter is trying hard to land a takedown here. Coach sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Potter looks winded! Potter misses with a takedown attempt and Coach counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Potter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Coach sees it coming and avoids it easily. Coach throws a left and a right that both miss
and Potter counters with a lovely shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Potter takes one to the chin there. Coach connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Coach goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Coach plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Coach lands a jab to the head.
Potter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Coach tries to avoid it but Potter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Coach to the ground. Coach escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Coach throws a combination. Potter tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Potter takes a jab right on the kisser.
Coach has Potter up against the cage in a clinch.
Coach lands a hook that snaps the head of Potter backwards. Coach unloads a knee to the mid-section. Coach gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Coach throwing strikes but missing. Coach is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Coach stands up over Potter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Potter wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Coach manages to pass to side control. Potter taking some punishment here, with Coach in his half guard. Potter scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Coach manages to mount him!
Coach with good strikes from the mount here! Coach working away from the top, dropping strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Coach connects with a bit shot that sees Potter covering up! More strikes from Coach and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Coach is our winner by TKO!
