Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misual Lalpa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dos Santos comes to the cage accompanied by Lava Lava. The crowd seem to be enjoying Lalpa's choice of entrance music: Seek n Destroy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Misual Lalpa!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lalpa looking to score a takedown here. Dos Santos is defending well but Lalpa drives through and ends up in Dos Santos's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dos Santos is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lalpa wants to pass the guard but Dos Santos is keeping the position.
Lalpa drops back looking for a leg! Dos Santos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dos Santos manages to kick Lalpa off! Lalpa jumps back into Dos Santos's guard.
Lalpa wanted to stand there but Dos Santos had control of the position.
Dos Santos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lalpa trying to stand up but can't free himself from Dos Santos's guard.
Lalpa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lalpa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Lalpa gets to his feet. Dos Santos looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Lalpa misses with a takedown attempt
so Dos Santos counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Dos Santos is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Lalpa has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dos Santos is looking to defend but Lalpa has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dos Santos! Lalpa pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dos Santos taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Misual Lalpa!
A less than humble Misual Lalpa misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
