PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Miquel Prado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prado's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Top Gun - Highway to the Dangerzone . I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, William Harrison!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prado fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Prado shoots in but no luck this time.

Harrison shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Harrison stalling.

Prado wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Harrison.

Harrison swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Prado is now in Harrison's guard. A big mistake from Harrison there, giving up the dominant position!

Harrison working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Prado doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Prado manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Prado tries to clinch up but Harrison circles away and keeps his distance.
Prado fails with a takedown attempt.
Prado changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harrison tries to avoid it but Prado manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harrison to the ground. Harrison escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Harrison drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Prado is looking to stand up but Harrison isn't so interested in that idea.

Harrison might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Prado kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Prado is looking for a sweep. Harrison is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Harrison is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Prado still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Prado has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

That's time! Prado's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
