Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Katsuro Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ippo Makunouchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collins kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Boyz In Da Hood - Eazy-E. Ippo Makunouchi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makunouchi moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
It looks like Katsuro Collins has been cut.
Makunouchi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nice body punch from Makunouchi .
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Makunouchi 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Makunouchi keeps the fight on the outside.
Makunouchi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Collins closes the distance but Makunouchi moves to the side
and Makunouchi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Collins wants to clinch up but Makunouchi keeps it at a distance.
Collins gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Makunouchi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Makunouchi lands a big uppercut and Collins crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Collins looks OK. Makunouchi waves Collins back to his feet!
Makunouchi 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Collins under the eye.
Collins is rocked!
Katsuro Collins's cut is getting worse.
Makunouchi steps in with a hook that catches Collins right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Makunouchi follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Collins looks absolutely devastated.

A pretty intense looking Ippo Makunouchi took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
