Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Knut Ludvigsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ludvigsen comes to the cage accompanied by Grevling I Taket. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Knut Ludvigsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
30 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Johnson! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ludvigsen looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Johnson keeping moving, preventing Ludvigsen from controlling successfully. Ludvigsen postures up in Johnson's guard and throws a big left but Johnson blocks it. Ludvigsen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Johnson's head. Ludvigsen trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom. Ludvigsen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Johnson works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ludvigsen throws a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ludvigsen trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ludvigsen looking to pass the guard. Ludvigsen is looking to advance position but Johnson has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Ludvigsen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Ludvigsen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson landing punches. Ludvigsen is trying desperately to improve position. Johnson raining down shots from the mount! Ludvigsen wants to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Johnson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Ludvigsen is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Ludvigsen is working to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ludvigsen wants to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. Ludvigsen is looking to improve his position but Johnson isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ludvigsen is working hard here to advance position. Ludvigsen tries to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. Johnson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ludvigsen's face.
Johnson throws some wild stikes that Ludvigsen manages to avoid easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ludvigsen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ludvigsen shrugs it off. Johnson looking to finish with strikes here!
Ludvigsen tries to reverse the position but Johnson maintains control. Johnson jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ludvigsen manages to avoid the submission attempt. Ludvigsen tries to buck Johnson off but Johnson is having none of it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ludvigsen wants to control but Johnson postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Knut Ludvigsen dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Ludvigsen wants to land a leg kick but Johnson is out of range. Ludvigsen fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Johnson to the ground. Ludvigsen is now in Johnson's guard. Johnson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ludvigsen throwing strikes but missing. Ludvigsen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Ludvigsen looking to pass the guard. Ludvigsen wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving. Johnson keeping full guard, as Ludvigsen tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ludvigsen looking to sit in guard and control but Johnson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ludvigsen tries to land a sweep but no joy. Ludvigsen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Johnson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Johnson postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ludvigsen is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Johnson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Johnson wants to control from the top but Ludvigsen keeps moving. Johnson tries to free his leg and advance position but Ludvigsen is retaining full guard. Ludvigsen is looking to sweep but instead, Johnson has passed into half guard.
Johnson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ludvigsen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ludvigsen wants to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Johnson is thwarting Ludvigsen's attempts to control the position. Ludvigsen is pressing down on Johnson's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Ludvigsen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Ludvigsen is trying to keep Johnson in close.
Ludvigsen has an active guard here but Johnson has managed to pass into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ludvigsen moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Ludvigsen not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Johnson trying to control but Ludvigsen is working from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ludvigsen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ludvigsen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Johnson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Good work by Johnson as he checks the leg kick. Ludvigsen closes this distance looking for a takedown but Johnson circles away. Ludvigsen throws the kick towards the body but Johnson avoids it. Johnson has managed to clinch.

Ludvigsen is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Ludvigsen misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's one minute gone in the round. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Johnson as Ludvigsen tries to tie him up. A short right hand to the side of the head by Ludvigsen. Ludvigsen tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position. Johnson lands a nice uppercut. Ludvigsen avoids the elbow strike from Johnson, against the cage.
Johnson is pressed up against the cage. Ludvigsen has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johnson down to the mat. Johnson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. John Johnson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A looping hook to the body misses from Ludvigsen. Johnson does a little dance to reset his feet. Ludvigsen swats away the attempt to clinch by Johnson. Johnson avoids the body shot from Ludvigsen.

John Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Johnson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Ludvigsen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ludvigsen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ludvigsen throws a body punch but Johnson moves out of range. Ludvigsen shoots in and drives through. Johnson sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Knut Ludvigsen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice cross by Ludvigsen. Johnson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. This has been an exciting period of action! Ludvigsen tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Johnson's elbow. Johnson with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Ludvigsen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Johnson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Johnson tries to clinch up but Ludvigsen circles away and keeps his distance. Johnson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Ludvigsen shoots for a takedown but Johnson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Johnson avoids the body shot from Ludvigsen.
Ludvigsen fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ludvigsen can pounce on him.
Ludvigsen misses the shot to the body. Johnson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ludvigsen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ludvigsen scores with a takedown into Johnson's guard. Knut Ludvigsen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ludvigsen connects with a couple of short punches. Ludvigsen postures up in Johnson's guard and throws a big left but Johnson blocks it. Ludvigsen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Ludvigsen trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom. John Johnson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Knut Ludvigsen showed his dominance in that final round. Well Ludvigsen has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
