Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paul Carrington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Carrington! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Wallace! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Carrington throws a combination. Wallace tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Carrington throws a left and a right that both miss
and Wallace counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Wallace. Wallace jumps guard.
Carrington really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Wallace managing to control the position. Carrington postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wallace pulls Carrington in close to prevent any damage. Wallace is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Robert Wallace. Carrington stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Carrington wants it to stay on the feet. Wallace dives in and grabs Carrington's left leg, looking for a takedown. Carrington pushes down on Wallace's head and hops out. Nice sprawl there from Carrington as Wallace shoots in. Paul Carrington has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Paul Carrington is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wallace closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. This has been an exciting period of action! Carrington throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wallace. Donk. Carrington catches Wallace right on the button with a cross. A combination from Carrington does no damage. Wallace tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carrington swivels and escapes. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Carrington lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wallace has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wallace and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Wallace tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Carrington swivels and escapes. Carrington throws a one two combo.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wallace looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wallace takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wallace shoots in but Carrington avoids the takedown attempt easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Carrington throws a chopping leg kick but Wallace manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Carrington misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Carrington stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Carrington looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Wallace looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Wallace is breathing heavily. Wallace tries to bum rush Carrington with a series of wild strikes but Carrington uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Wallace tries to clinch and Carrington counters with a series of strikes. Wallace will be more careful next time no doubt. Carrington bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wallace's head backwards. Carrington lands with an overhand left. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wallace is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

And that's the end of the fight! Paul Carrington showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Carrington, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
