Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Luke Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erek Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bradshaw has chosen Bullet with your name as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele tries to clinch up but Bradshaw circles away and keeps his distance.
Bradshaw keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Steele misses with a jab, cross combination.
Steele throws a body punch but Bradshaw moves out of range.
Steele shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Steele was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bradshaw tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bradshaw is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Steele cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Steele knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bradshaw on the ground.

Steele throws some wild stikes that Bradshaw manages to avoid easily.

Steele is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bradshaw can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Steele cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Steele can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bradshaw is looking to escape.

Bradshaw is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Steele pulls his head out easily.
Bradshaw moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Bradshaw had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Steele is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bradshaw Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Steele's back instead.

Bradshaw escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Steele gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bradshaw has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Steele can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Steele seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Bradshaw moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Steele has worked his arm free - good work by Steele!

Steele tries to improve position but can't.
Bradshaw is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Steele knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bradshaw wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Steele, who protects the arm well.
Steele gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bradshaw has control of Steele's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Steele regains control of the situation pretty easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bradshaw won't let Steele get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Steele tries to bum rush Bradshaw with a series of wild strikes but Bradshaw uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Steele looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bradshaw lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bradshaw.
Steele throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bradshaw's waist but Bradshaw gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Steele off to one side.

Steele changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bradshaw tries to avoid it but Steele manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bradshaw to the ground. Bradshaw escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Steele shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bradshaw's guard.

Steele keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bradshaw's head.

Erek Bradshaw showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Steele seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bradshaw does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Steele is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Bradshaw has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Steele is looking to defend but Bradshaw has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Steele! Bradshaw pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Steele taps out and this one is all over!
