Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robson Bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Penha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Pedro Penha was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penha gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Bryan counters with a single leg into guard. Penha didn't expect that.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Penha can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bryan controls the pace.
Bryan trying to control but Penha is working from the bottom.

Bryan slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Penha.
Penha flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Penha regains full guard. Nicely done.
Bryan wants to control from the top but Penha keeps moving.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bryan is really struggling to control Penha but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Robson Bryan.

Bryan moves into range and clinches up with Penha.
Penha changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bryan fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Penha shoots for a takedown but Bryan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Penha enables Bryan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Penha manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Penha loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bryan has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Penha slips nicely into half guard.
Penha is looking to take a break and control but Bryan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Penha shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bryan defends it nicely.

Bryan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Penha looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bryan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Penha keeps working.

Bryan has the hooks in. Penha is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Penha tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Penha takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Penha is desperately trying to improve his position but Bryan has a good base and remains in mount.

Robson Bryan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Penha is trying to reverse the position but instead Bryan has taken his back - oops!

Bryan is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Penha is defending well though. Bryan let's go of the attempt for now.
Bryan gets his hands free as Penha looks to control.

Penha won't enjoy being in this position. Bryan looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Penha is tapping - it's over boys! Bryan picks up the submission victory!
