The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Matterhorn pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sankari is out of range and Von Matterhorn settles back down.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sankari.
Sankari moves out of range of the strikes.
A slapping leg kick lands for Sankari.
Sankari with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Von Matterhorn to score with a decent uppercut.
Sankari clobbers Von Matterhorn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Von Matterhorn lands a head kick that bluckles Sankari and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Von Matterhorn no doubt looking to push for a finish!
