The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pollard scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Ferreira shoots in for a takedown but Pollard shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pollard tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ferreira throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Pollard fails to land with a series of punches.
Pollard throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pollard misses with a head kick.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Pollard moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Ferreira! Pollard continues to tee off on Ferreira, landing with a left and a right! Pollard connects with a right hand that leaves Ferreira sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Pollard!
