Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Waddell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny Frost!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Waddell tries to avoid it but Frost manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Waddell to the ground. Waddell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Frost shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Waddell keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully.
Frost wants to pass the guard but Waddell is keeping the position.

Frost is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Waddell throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Waddell wants to stand but Frost is controlling the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Waddell keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully.
Waddell tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Frost trying to control the position from guard on top but Waddell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Frost scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Frost frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frost is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Frost extends the arm and Waddell is forced to tap!
