Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Efriam Haldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliveira is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Far East Movement - Like a G6. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira is trying hard to land a takedown here. Haldi sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Oliveira shoots in but Haldi avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Oliveira throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Haldi sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Haldi wants to clinch but Oliveira slips to the side

Haldi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Haldi feints and then cracks Oliveira's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Oliveira down.

Oliveira takes a swing at Haldi's ribcage but misses.

Haldi is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Haldi had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Oliveira defends it easily.

Oliveira postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
