Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ian Miles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Atte Peltola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Miles might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to AWOLNATION - SAIL. Peltola has chosen Biggest & The Best as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miles chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Peltola shoots in and drives through. Miles sprawls well.
Miles lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A nice inside leg kick there by Miles. That's going to slow Peltola down.
Peltola throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Miles throws a head kick but Peltola moves out of range.
Peltola swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Peltola takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Peltola needs to keep his hands up - Miles had a free shot at his head there.

and Peltola counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Peltola.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Miles is on top in guard.
Miles wanted to stand there but Peltola had control of the position.
Peltola has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Miles is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Peltola.

Some bone on bone action there as Peltola checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Miles throws out a powerful jab.
A punch lands to the side of Peltola 's head but he takes it in his stride.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Peltola.
Miles tries to land a leg kick but Peltola saw it coming and moves away.

and Peltola counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Miles throws a leg kick that misses.
Peltola throws a hook to the side of Miles's head but Miles sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Miles pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Peltola lands with a shot to the body.
Miles tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Peltola is able to avoid easily.

Miles is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Peltola stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Miles swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Peltola loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Miles is looking to stand up but Peltola isn't so interested in that idea.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Ian Miles will probably get the nod.

Miles tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Peltola counters with a straight right hand.
Peltola lands with a good body shot.
Peltola misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Peltola blocks a leg kick.
Peltola throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Peltola is defended easily by Miles.
Ian Miles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Miles gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Peltola to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Peltola keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Miles's head.

Peltola lands a big elbow - Miles is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Peltola!
