Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Calirante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mookie Magaba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magaba is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become . Mookie Magaba is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Santiago Calirante!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mookie Magaba!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calirante throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Magaba on the side of the head.
Calirante lands a high kick!
No luck for Magaba with that takedown attempt.
Magaba will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Magaba shoots in for a takedown but Calirante shows good takedown defense.
Santiago Calirante has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mookie Magaba.
Calirante cracks Magaba with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Magaba looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Calirante finish him?
Magaba is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Horrible takedown by Magaba or perhaps it was just good defense by Calirante which made him look bad.
Magaba is still on wobbly legs! Can Calirante finish him?
Magaba shoots in and drives through. Calirante sprawls well.
Calirante lands a nice looking kick to the body. Magaba takes a step back to recover.
Magaba seems to have recovered his senses.
Magaba looks winded!
Calirante drops Magaba with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Magaba looks back up at him and smiles so Calirante waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Magaba throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Calirante's waist but Calirante gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Magaba off to one side.
Magaba drops his hands momentarily. Calirante doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Magaba staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Magaba doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Santiago Calirante!
Santiago Calirante decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
