The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Batistuta drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Slice Jr gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kimbo Slice Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Batistuta.

Batistuta ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Batistuta no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Batistuta has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Slice Jr is working away from the top position though.

Batistuta is looking to sinch up a triangle. Slice Jr throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Batistuta's body to avoid the submission. Batistuta has instead reached around Slice Jr's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Batistuta arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Carlos Batistuta gave a mention to 5th Round Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
