Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zhang Wufie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hettie Kate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wufie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beg Waves. Kate has chosen Peanuts Theme as his entrance music. Hettie Kate has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kate lands a jab-cross combination.
Kate throws a right and a left that Wufie avoids nicely.
Wufie moves out of range as Kate throws a body kick.
Kate slips under a jab.
A solid body kick from Wufie.
No joy there for Kate, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kate connects with a crisp jab.
Wufie misses with a looping right.
Kate throws a low kick but Wufie moves out of range easily.
Kate rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wufie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kate throws a head kick that misses.
Kate looks to land a combination but Wufie avoids it well.
Kate throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Wufie blocks a head kick by Kate.
Wufie uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kate.

Wufie moves into the clinch.
Wufie tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Kate avoids it.
Wufie with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Wufie tries to throw a body punch but Kate avoids it by throwing Wufie back against the cage.
Kate lands an elbow that stopped Wufie in his tracks for a moment.

Wufie tries to work over Kate's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Wufie has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kate clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Wufie working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Kate is doing well to defend. Wufie seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Kate is forced to tap and this one is over!

A less than humble Zhang Wufie misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
