Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iggy Guerrero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Tannur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Guerrero might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to La Bamba. Tannur has chosen Desert Rose as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Iggy Guerrero! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Evan Tannur! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guerrero misses with a looping right. Guerrero pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Guerrero throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Guerrero gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tannur to score an easy takedown into full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Guerrero trying to keep a closed guard but Tannur is proving a slippery customer.

Guerrero has escaped and now he's on top! Guerrero wants to pass the guard but Tannur is keeping the position. Guerrero stays in close to Tannur's body and controls the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Guerrero trying to control but Tannur is working from the bottom. Guerrero stays in close to Tannur's body and controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guerrero's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Tannur tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Iggy Guerrero has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Guerrero rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Tannur counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Tannur throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tannur lands a nice short elbow. Tannur is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Guerrero doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tannur. Tannur working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tannur seems to be working for a kimura but Guerrero defends the submission attempt. Tannur throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Guerrero works his way to full guard. Good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tannur lands a couple of elbows. Guerrero not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Guerrero is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Guerrero is working hard here to advance position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tannur accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tannur postures up in Guerrero's guard and throws a big left but Guerrero blocks it. Tannur trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Guerrero is trying to get back to full guard. Guerrero controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Tannur wants to work for an arm triangle but Guerrero is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tannur is thwarting Guerrero's attempts to control the position. Tannur has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Guerrero looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evan Tannur dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Tannur scores with a sloppy right hand. Guerrero should have avoided that one. Tannur lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Guerrero circles away quickly and effectively. Guerrero throws a combination. Tannur tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Evan Tannur has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Guerrero misses with an uppercut. Tannur with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Guerrero to score with a decent uppercut. Guerrero misses with an uppercut
and Tannur counters with a nice double leg into side control. Guerrero won't be happy with that. Tannur cracks Guerrero with a big elbow. Tannur tries to score with some ground and pound. Guerrero controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. An elbow from Tannur crashes against the mat.

Tannur is trying to move to mount but Guerrero reverses beautifully and ends up in Tannur's guard. Tannur wants to sweep here but Guerrero controlling him for the moment. Guerrero advances position into side control! Tannur is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guerrero wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tannur keeps working. A lull in the action here.

Guerrero prevents Tannur from improving his position. Guerrero stalling away here and it's allowed Tannur to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Guerrero has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guerrero is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Guerrero pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tannur is keeping the position for now. Tannur is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Guerrero gets full guard. Tannur throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Iggy Guerrero will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Evan Tannur's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Tannur's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Guerrero scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Tannur scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Guerrero is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tannur cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Tannur lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Guerrero in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Tannur has control of Guerrero's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Guerrero regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tannur goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Guerrero is on top in guard.
Tannur has his foot on Guerrero's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guerrero works his way back into a safe position though. Tannur is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Guerrero wants to pass the guard but Tannur is keeping the position. Guerrero passes Tannur's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Tannur has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Guerrero is working away from the top position though. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Guerrero is taking a breather. Tannur says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
And that's the end of the fight! Evan Tannur comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Tannur has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
