Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arvi Rausku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Kilmster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rausku comes to the cage accompanied by Notkea Rotta - Taas Lähtee Taju . Kilmster has chosen Maylene & The Sons of Disaster - Darkest of Kin as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Arvi Rausku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jake Kilmster!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rausku looks for a takedown but Kilmster sprawls well.
Kilmster scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Rausku misses with a takedown
and Kilmster counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Rausku shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Rausku looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kilmster makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kilmster.
Kilmster has his hands on Rausku's head, controlling the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rausku stopping the sweep attempt from Kilmster.

Rausku drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kilmster dives on top into guard.
Kilmster distracts Rausku with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Rausku wants to sweep but no luck.

Kilmster thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Kilmster working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rausku's head.
Kilmster lands a couple of digs.
Kilmster content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Rausku is working an open guard so Kilmster takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rausku fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arvi Rausku. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rausku misses with a combination
and Kilmster counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rausku is breathing heavily.
Kilmster lunges at Rausku with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Rausku's hand.

It looks like Arvi Rausku has been cut.
Kilmster fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rausku takes one to the side of the head.
Kilmster looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rausku misses with a takedown
and Kilmster counters with a nice leg kick.

Kilmster drops Rausku with a right and a left! Kilmster comes rushing in but Rausku regains his composure and manages to keep Kilmster in guard.
Kilmster is working Rausku over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kilmster chips away with some ground and pound.
Rausku not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Rausku has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kilmster can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kilmster slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Rausku is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Check out the look on Kilmster's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Rausku tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Kilmster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kilmster is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rausku has escaped the position, nice work there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kilmster is looking to take a break and control but Rausku is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rausku takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A lull in the action here.
Rausku is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Kilmster is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kilmster is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rausku can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jake Kilmster dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Arvi Rausku's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Rausku tries for a takedown but Kilmster sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rausku finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Kilmster's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Rausku falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jake Kilmster!
During a confident post fight interview, Jake Kilmster thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
