Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kien Ngo! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soto Major shoots in for a takedown but Ngo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Soto Major tries for a takedown but Ngo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ngo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Soto Major avoids it really well and circles away. Ngo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Soto Major sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ngo somewhat. Ngo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Soto Major changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ngo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Soto Major cracks Ngo with an elbow. That is naaassty. Ngo throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Soto Major throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Ngo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Soto Major. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ngo can't do much from the bottom here. Ngo tries to bench press Soto Major off him but Soto Major keeps the position. Soto Major connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ngo some visible discomfort.

The strikes coming from Soto Major are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Ngo can't do much from the bottom here. Ngo is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Soto Major's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Ngo misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Soto Major working over Ngo with some ground and pound. Ngo looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Soto Major looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Ngo is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Soto Major trying to pass the guard but Ngo defending well. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Soto Major connects with a nice short shot to Ngo's temple. Ngo is still in real trouble! Can Soto Major finish him? Soto Major lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Ngo quite badly. Ngo pulls Soto Major in close trying to recover. Soto Major postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Ngo on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Ngo doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
