PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duncan McAlister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Stroker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stroker has chosen TBR - Bigger Than Kiss as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Duncan McAlister!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Stroker!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stroker closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McAlister connects with a crisp jab.
Stroker cracks McAlister with an open hand slap.
McAlister throws a body punch but Stroker moves out of range.
McAlister swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Stroker.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McAlister has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McAlister there as he acknowledges the shot.
McAlister shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Stroker fails with a takedown attempt.
McAlister moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
McAlister throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Stroker tries to score a power double leg takedown but McAlister sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stroker somewhat.
Stroker scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McAlister avoids a kick to the body.
McAlister checks the leg kick.

Stroker closes the distance and clinches.
McAlister misses with the head strike.
McAlister swings wildly with an uppercut but Stroker uses good head movement to avoid it.
McAlister misses with a body punch.
Stroker with an attempt at a knee that misses.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, McAlister creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Stroker trying to land knees to the body.
Stroker tries to work over McAlister's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McAlister taking a breather.

Stroker breaks the clinch.
McAlister dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Stroker. That did some damage!
McAlister checks the leg kick nicely there.
Stroker wants to land a leg kick but McAlister is out of range.
McAlister avoids the head kick by Stroker.
Stroker connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McAlister lands a right hook to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McAlister scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
A slapping leg kick lands for Stroker.
McAlister lands a nice leg kick that just misses Stroker's sensitive parts.
Stroker needs to keep his hands up - McAlister had a free shot at his head there.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stroker throws a lazy uppercut
and Stroker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Stroker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
McAlister lets loose with a powerful body kick. Stroker will feel that in the morning.
McAlister circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Stroker drops to the canvas, hurt badly! McAlister follows Stroker to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Duncan McAlister!
During a confident post fight interview, Duncan McAlister thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
