Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Pokrajac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thad Mangrove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thad Mangrove looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Igor Pokrajac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thad Mangrove!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pokrajac gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Mangrove tries to break free but Pokrajac pushes him back against the cage.
Pokrajac crunches a lovely knee into Mangrove's ribcage.
Mangrove looks winded!
Pokrajac prevents the takedown attempt.
Pokrajac breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pokrajac turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mangrove on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Mangrove crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Pokrajac - the referee stops the clock and Mangrove gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Pokrajac. Mangrove manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pokrajac explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Pokrajac darts in and clinches Mangrove up against the cage.

Pokrajac's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mangrove takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Pokrajac moves into the clinch.
Pokrajac lands a good knee to the midsection. Mangrove won't want to take too many of those.

Pokrajac has hold of one of Mangrove's legs. Mangrove is fighting the takedown attempt but Pokrajac gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Mangrove utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pokrajac is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Pokrajac seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Igor Pokrajac has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Pokrajac throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Mangrove's head.
Mangrove sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pokrajac lands a big shot that drops Mangrove! Can he finish him?
Mangrove is rocked!
Pokrajac knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mangrove on the ground.

Mangrove seems to have recovered his senses.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Pokrajac throws a big right hand that misses.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Igor Pokrajac.
Pokrajac connects with a stiff jab that staggers Mangrove - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Igor Pokrajac!
A very excited looking Igor Pokrajac rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
