Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilafat Urskilz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawkins comes to the cage accompanied by Stronger-Kanye West. Ilafat Urskilz has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kevin Hawkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawkins closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Urskilz to the mat! Urskilz manages to get full guard.
Hawkins trying to control but Urskilz is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Urskilz is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Hawkins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hawkins tries to free his leg and advance position but Urskilz is retaining full guard.
Hawkins wants to control from the top but Urskilz keeps moving.
Urskilz is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Hawkins fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Urskilz avoids it really well and circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Urskilz lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Urskilz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hawkins's efforts to push away.
Urskilz throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hawkinss head.

Hawkins drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Urskilz gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Urskilz manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Urskilz lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hawkins backwards.
Hawkins tries to break free but Urskilz pushes him back against the cage.

Hawkins wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Urskilz has him pressed against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Urskilz - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Urskilz drops Hawkins with a big knee straight up the middle! Hawkins is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Urskilz counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Urskilz.
Oh Hawkins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hawkins is breathing heavily.
Urskilz lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Urskilz lands a big knee! That's hurt Hawkins! Oh, he's all over the place! Urskilz lands another knee that sends Hawkins to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ilafat Urskilz!
A very excited looking Ilafat Urskilz made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
