Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harold Shipman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephan Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harold Shipman had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Harold Shipman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Stephan Kruger! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kruger ducks right into an uppercut from Shipman. Kruger fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shipman, pushing him back against the cage. Shipman misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Shipman tries to break free but Kruger pushes him back against the cage. Kruger keeps control of Shipman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kruger breaks from the clinch.
Kruger wants to clinch up but Shipman keeps it at a distance. Nice uppercut lands for Shipman. That snapped Kruger's head back.
Kruger tries to close the distance and clinch up but Shipman swats him away and circles back towards the center. Kruger tries to clinch but Shipman is having none of it. Kruger throws a big shot that misses. Shipman with a nice cross. Kruger tries to clinch up. Kruger throws a head kick but Shipman moves out of range.
Kruger has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shipman finds it's way round the side to connect with Kruger's head. Kruger instigates a clinch. Shipman tries to break free but Kruger pushes him back against the cage. Shipman misses with a hook to the ribs.
Kruger tries for a takedown but Shipman manages to get underhooks.
Kruger is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Shipman gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shipman tries to break free but Kruger pushes him back against the cage. Shipman tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Kruger keeps control of Shipman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Shipman takes a knee right on the jaw!
Shipman wants to get back to striking at distance but Kruger won't allow it.
Shipman wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kruger throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Shipman blocks it with crossed arms. Kruger pulls guard successfully.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Shipman wants to stand but Kruger is controlling his posture from full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kruger is on top in guard.
Kruger wants to control from the top but Shipman keeps moving. Shipman working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kruger.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kruger thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kruger is pushing down on Shipman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Shipman is fighting to maintain full guard but Kruger has managed to sneak the leg through. Kruger not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Shipman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kruger is working away from the top position though. Kruger thows a huge punch but Shipman dodges it nicely.
Kruger missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kruger lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Kruger thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Shipman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kruger is trying to control the action in half guard but Shipman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kruger has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Shipman is breathing heavily. Shipman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kruger works his way into side control. Kruger tries for a kimura but Shipman is defending well. Kruger scores with punches from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kruger is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Shipman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The strikes coming from Kruger are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Shipman on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Shipman tries to get out of the position. Kruger creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Shipman sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Kruger thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kruger is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Shipman is trying to escape and Kruger transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Shipman is forced to tap! Nice work there by Kruger! Very nice indeed!
