Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Ketchup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronaldi Rolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ronaldi Rolf!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rolf lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ketchup shoots and misses
and Rolf counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ketchup pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rolf lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Rolf shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ketchup manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Ketchup seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rolf stands and throws Ketchup's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Rolf bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ketchup's head.
Ketchup closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rolf circles away.
Rolf lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ketchup's sensitive parts.

Well, if Rolf is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Let's hope that Rolf has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ketchup jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rolf walks away with a smile on his face. Ketchup gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Rolf moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Rolf throws a front kick that sends Ketchup stumbling back into the cage.
Ronaldi Rolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A nice inside leg kick there by Rolf. That's going to slow Ketchup down.
Ketchup misses with a takedown attempt - Rolf sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Ketchup shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rolf but Rolf pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Rolf paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rolf tests Ketchup's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ketchup takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ketchup.
Rolf shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rolf showed some decent athleticism there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rolf is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Ketchup is trying to escape and Rolf transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Ketchup is forced to tap! Nice work there by Rolf! Very nice indeed!
