Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Desmond Hume (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jahangir Zulfiqar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zulfiqar avoids the head kick by Hume.
Zulfiqar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Zulfiqar looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Hume on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Hume is rocked!
Hume is trying to maintain the position but Zulfiqar is very close to passing his half guard.
Oh Hume is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zulfiqar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Zulfiqar lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Zulfiqar wants to pass the guard but Hume is defending well.
Zulfiqar is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Hume is hurt! He's hurt bad - Zulfiqar fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Hume from any more punishment! Congratulations to Zulfiqar! Great finish!

A relieved looking Jahangir Zulfiqar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
