The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Wagner.
Nikolaevich throws a head kick that misses.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Wagner crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nikolaevich - the referee stops the clock and Wagner gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nikolaevich. Wagner manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Nikolaevich throws a hook to the side of Wagner's head but Wagner sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nikolaevich lands a brutal head kick. Wagner looks out on his feet and Nikolaevich throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
