Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Angus Fraser!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Photo Op!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Fraser checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Fraser slips a jab and a cross from Op.
Fraser fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Op fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Op with a nice cross.
Op lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Op's corner calls for a 1-2. Op obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Fraser throws a head kick that misses.
Fraser slips a jab and a cross from Op.

Fraser gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Fraser tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Op is fighting off a takedown attempt but Fraser is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Op to the mat. Op regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Op looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fraser has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Op trying to keep a closed guard but Fraser is proving a slippery customer.
Op wants to sweep here but Fraser controlling him for the moment.

Op working for a triangle but Fraser defends it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Op manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Op misses with a head shot.

Op moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Fraser has worked his arm free - good work by Fraser!
Op looks gassed!
Op is looking to take a break and control but Fraser is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fraser wants to control but Op postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Op tries for a kimura but Fraser is defending well.
Fraser sneaks back into half guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Fraser trying to control but Op postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fraser works his way to full guard. Good work.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Fraser looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Op stands and steps away. Fraser gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Fraser scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Op on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Fraser stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Fraser throws a head kick but Op moves out of range.

Fraser closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Fraser trying to control the action but Op is working from the bottom.
Op regains half guard.
Op is trying to control but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Op is looking for a sweep. Fraser is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Op keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Op makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Op.

Op is looking for a triangle but Fraser pushes his legs off easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Op manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fraser manages to get himself to full guard.
Op wants to control from the top but Fraser keeps moving.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Op throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Photo Op dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Fraser will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Op scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Fraser slips a jab and a cross from Op.
Op tries to clinch

and Fraser counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Op tries to get to full guard but Fraser has control of the leg.
Op missing with punches from the bottom.
Fraser prevents Op from improving his position.
Op is pressing down on Fraser's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Op trying to keep a closed guard but Fraser is proving a slippery customer.

Op is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Fraser has his hands clasped together but Op extends an breaks Fraser's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Op.
