Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie August (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson fails with an attempt to clinch.
August throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Johnson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Johnson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Johnson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
August is pulling down on Johnson's head. It's preventing any offense from Johnson, at least for the moment.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Johnson enables August to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Johnson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but August can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
August slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
August has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
August sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Johnson's guard.

Let's hope that August has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jamie August wasn't active enough on the ground.
Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
August bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

August turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and August manages to end up in side control.
