Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Souver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Daniels! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Souver! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Souver closes the distance and clinches up with Daniels, looking for a takedown. Souver pushes Daniels against the cage but Daniels circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Daniels fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Daniels shoots in for a double leg but Souver sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Daniels dives in and grabs Souver's left leg, looking for a takedown. Souver pushes down on Daniels's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Daniels. That's going to take a lot out of him. Souver closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Daniels did well to prevent Souver getting side control. Daniels is trying to get back to full guard. Souver is controlling the pace.
Souver wants to free his trapped foot but Daniels is holding on for dear life with his legs. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Souver content to control rather than advance. It looks like Souver might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daniels wants to improve his position but Souver is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Ben Souver. Daniels with a poor takedown and Souver counters with a nice double leg into guard. Souver slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Daniels is not content to let Souver control the position. Souver has knee on belly and moves into mount. Daniels tries to lock up and control but Souver gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Souver is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Daniels to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Daniels shrugs it off. Souver controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Souver's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Souver wants to control the pace but Daniels is squirming around nicely. Daniels is desperately trying to improve his position but Souver has a good base and remains in mount. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Souver tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Daniels is trying to escape the mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Souver sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Daniels wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Daniels rolls, trying to escape but Souver keeps control of the position.

Souver has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Daniels's body.

Ben Souver has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Souver shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Daniels but Daniels pushes him off and we're back to square one. Daniels fails with the takedown. Souver shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Daniels napping and manages to drive through into side control! This has been an exciting period of action! Daniels is trying to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A lull in the action here. Souver working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Souver dominated that round. That's time! Daniels's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Souver shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Daniels looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Souver slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Daniels is looking for a triangle but Souver pushes his legs off easily.
Souver is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Souver pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Daniels is keeping the position for now. Daniels wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Souver manages to pass to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Souver stops Daniels from getting back to his feet.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Souver in particular looking to stall. Daniels tries to get to full guard but Souver has control of the leg. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Souver is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Ben Souver hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Souver shoots for a takedown but Daniels saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Souver looks for a takedown but Daniels sprawls well. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Souver is defended easily by Daniels. Jack Daniels has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Souver. Daniels tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Souver counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Daniels's guard now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daniels has his foot on Souver's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Souver works his way back into a safe position though. Daniels is looking to stand up but Souver isn't so interested in that idea. Souver sitting in guard, not really doing much. Souver advances to half guard. Daniels is trying to maintain the position but Souver is very close to passing his half guard. Souver sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Ben Souver has got the better of the ground game so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Souver controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Souver won't allow Daniels to sweep him here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Souver slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Souver trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ben Souver showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Souver feints and as Daniels raises his hands in defense, Souver changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Daniels looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Souver puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Daniels tries to roll over but Souver keeps him under control. Souver looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Daniels is trying to control but can't.
Souver seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Souver passes to full mount! Souver controlling from mount.

Souver is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Daniels is surviving well by controlling Souver's body position as best he can. Souver pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Souver is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Daniels is just riding it out for now. Souver eventually gives up the hold. Souver keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Jack Daniels has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Daniels trying to control from the bottom.
Ben Souver is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Souver is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Daniels sees it coming and defends easily.
