The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
A bone on bone clash there as Silver blocks the leg kick.
Lewis fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Silver to the ground. Lewis is now in Silver's guard.
Lewis looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Lewis with a flurry of punches that miss.
Silver wants to get back to his feet but Lewis is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Lewis postures up in Silver's guard and throws a big left but Silver blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lewis throws a big elbow that misses.
Lewis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silver swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lewis is working hard here to advance position.
Lewis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Silver throws a series of punches but Lewis avoids them all with ease.
Thomas Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lewis successfully pulls guard.
Lewis pulls Silver in close to prevent any damage.
Lewis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silver is posturing up here but Lewis has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Silver tries to roll out but it's too tight and Silver has to tap! Slick submission there by Lewis!

Ben Lewis spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
