Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristian Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bronko Strunz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Berg comes to the ring accompanied by PRIDE FC opening theme music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berg takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Strunz lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Strunz moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Strunz throws a head kick that Berg semi-blocks.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Berg throws a body punch but Strunz moves out of range.
Strunz slips a straight right by Berg.
Berg tries to clinch but Strunz is having none of it.
Strunz feints and then cracks Berg's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Berg down.
Strunz ducks under a wild hook from Berg.
Strunz goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Kristian Berg has been cut.
Berg lands with a hook. Strunz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Strunz lands a head kick!
Berg misses with a wild combination.
Berg on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Berg is breathing heavily.
Strunz connects with a leg kick. Berg looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Whack! Strunz lands a heavy head kick that drops Berg. The ref tackles Strunz to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Berg was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Bronko Strunz!
Bronko Strunz was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
