Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Brand, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brand scores with a shot to the body.
Brand shoots for a double leg takedown but McCoy sprawls well. He's pushed Brand's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Brand ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCoy moves away.
Brand tries to clinch but McCoy moves out of range.
Brand shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McCoy as he avoids it easily.
Brand throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McCoy's waist but McCoy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brand off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leif Brand. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McCoy clinches with his opponent.
Brand has picked McCoy up - he's going for a ride! Brand dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
McCoy manages to get to full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Brand is posturing up here but McCoy has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Brand tries to roll out but it's too tight and Brand has to tap! Slick submission there by McCoy!
