Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Cooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Slicer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slicer has chosen Vader -Silent Empire as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Cooke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johny Slicer! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cooke throws a right hand that Slicer ducks under and follows up with a left that Slicer also avoids with ease. A lazy left from Slicer finds it's target. Cooke feints a jab promting Slicer to slip. Cooke then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Slicer slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Slicer moves into the clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cooke goes for a takedown in the clinch but Slicer prevents it.
Slicer is trying to break the clinch but Cooke is controlling him. Cooke is trying to trip Slicer. He has hold of a leg but Slicer is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Cooke persists though and gets the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Cooke loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Slicer looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Slicer throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Cooke throwing strikes but missing. Cooke has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cooke accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Cooke showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Cooke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Slicer swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cooke's corner. There ya go! There ya go! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Slicer can do anything to dispel that myth. Cooke controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Slicer has his hands on Cooke's head, controlling the position. Cooke wants to control from the top but Slicer keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cooke scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Slicer is looking to stand up but Cooke isn't so interested in that idea. Cooke works a leg free and moves into half guard. Slicer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Cooke moves into full mount! Slicer won't be happy about that! Cooke trying to control but Slicer is having none of it. Cooke lands a big elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Slicer that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Slicer is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Slicer tries to lock up and control but Cooke gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Cooke postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Slicer badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Cooke around the waist but Cooke pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Cooke is the winner by TKO! Cooke jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eric Cooke! Eric Cooke very nearly forgot to thank TFP Graphics - Pit Inc amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
