Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nilsson shoots in for a takedown but Foxx shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Foxx doesn't manage to clinch there - Nilsson circles away.
Foxx misses with an uppercut.
Nilsson tries for a takedown but Foxx sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nilsson fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matts Nilsson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Samantha Foxx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foxx tries to keep at a distance but Nilsson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nilsson goes for a takedown attempt but Foxx pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Nilsson closes the distance and clinches up with Foxx, looking for a takedown. Nilsson pushes Foxx against the cage but Foxx circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Foxx closes the distance and clinches.
Foxx is pressed up against the cage. Nilsson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Foxx down to the mat. Foxx avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nilsson moves away from the strike by Foxx.
Foxx works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Nilsson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A telegraphed right hand from Foxx misses the target.
Nilsson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
The fighters circling - Foxx throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Foxx takes a swing at Nilsson's ribcage but misses.
A bone on bone clash there as Nilsson blocks the leg kick.
Nilsson avoids the body shot from Foxx.

Foxx throws a shot from downtown. Nilsson moves away and avoids it.
Nilsson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Foxx.
Nilsson moves out of range as Foxx strikes.
Foxx misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nilsson.
Nilsson has Foxx up against the cage in a clinch.
Foxx has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Nilsson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Nilsson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Foxx gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nilsson wants to take the fight to the mat but Foxx manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Foxx lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Nilsson is breathing heavily.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Foxx throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nilsson manages to get to full guard.
Foxx trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Foxx not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Foxx is sitting in close to Nilsson's body. Nilsson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Foxx is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Foxx is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Nilsson.
