The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Upshaw misses with a straight right.
Upshaw lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hansson circles away quickly and effectively.
Hansson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Hansson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice jab there from Upshaw.
Hansson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hansson throws a nice looking combination but Upshaw bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hansson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
A combination from Upshaw does no damage.
Upshaw feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hansson's calf.
Courtney Upshaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Upshaw missing with a left hand there. Hansson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Hansson tries to clinch there but Upshaw circles away.
Upshaw clobbers Hansson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Hasse Hansson has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A punch lands to the side of Hansson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Upshaw cracks Hansson with a hook to the temple - Hansson is on wobbly legs here! Upshaw swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Hansson falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Upshaw wins by TKO!
