Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kris Bennett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ulysses Sanderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bennett comes to the cage accompanied by Sans pression. On his way into the cage it seems that Kris Bennett has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kris Bennett seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kris Bennett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ulysses Sanderson! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Sanderson. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Sanderson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. The strikes coming from Sanderson are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Sanderson throws an elbow but Bennett slips to the side and avoids it well. You can see the frustration on Bennett's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sanderson is looking to take a break and control but Bennett is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bennett is trying to control Sanderson's posture but Sanderson avoids it. Sanderson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bennett wants to control but Sanderson postures up. Bennett is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Bennett manages to get back to half guard. Bennett is trying is best to control the position here. Bennett works his way to full guard. Good work. Sanderson postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bennett wants to stand up but Sanderson is controlling him. Bennett bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sanderson's guard. Bennett with a flurry of punches that miss. Bennett working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bennett stops Sanderson from standing up. Bennett controlling from the top position. Bennett has gone for a leg lock! Sanderson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bennett's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bennett is looking to sinch up a triangle. Sanderson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Bennett's body to avoid the submission. Bennett has instead reached around Sanderson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Bennett arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kris Bennett! An out of breath Kris Bennett thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
