Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Francis Stark!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eiichi moves out of range of the leg kick from Stark.
Stark lands a nice shot to the body.
Eiichi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Francis Stark has been cut.
Stark lands an overhand right.
Eiichi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stark moves away from the strike by Eiichi.
Eiichi looks to land a left hand but Stark moved out of range nicely.
A big left from Eiichi misses.
Stark misses with a series of wild punches.
Stark lands a nice shot that snaps Eiichi's head back.
Eiichi is looking to clinch.
Eiichi misses with a looping right.
Stark slips under a jab from Eiichi.
A telegraphed right hand from Eiichi misses the target.
Stark looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A slow jab from Eiichi misses its intended target.
Eiichi throws a body punch but Stark moves out of range.
Eiichi connects with a body shot that sends Stark's belly button to the back.
Stark takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Stark finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Stark throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eiichi.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eiichi shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Stark gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Eiichi.
Eiichi lunges at Stark with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Stark's hand.
Eiichi swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Eiichi connects with a right hand. Stark shakes it off.
Stark is rocked!
That has opened up Francis Stark's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stark misses with a combination
and Eiichi counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Stark! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Eiichi!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ouji Eiichi!
