Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rob Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Davison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Nowhere to run. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Davison!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes wants to clinch
and Davison counters with a left and a right that stings Holmes.
Holmes doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Davison counters with a crisp one two that drops Holmes! Davison thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Holmes to his feet! Holmes is in big trouble!
Holmes is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Davison fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Holmes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Oh Holmes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Holmes is breathing heavily.
Davison goes for a small jab and connects. Now Davison goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Holmes stumbles back but Davison runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Holmes to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Holmes will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Joe Davison!
Joe Davison decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
