With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ethan Prowler!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prowler tries to clinch there but Kane circles away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Prowler is defended easily by Kane.
Sloppy strikes from Kane. Those never looked like landing.
Kane lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Ethan Prowler has been cut.
Prowler tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Prowler shoots for a takedown but Kane saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Prowler shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kane defends it nicely.
Dante Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ethan Prowler.
Prowler has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Kane scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Horrible takedown by Prowler or perhaps it was just good defense by Kane which made him look bad.
Ethan Prowler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Kane finds it's way through Prowler's defenses.
Prowler is looking to clinch but Kane is avoiding it.
Kane cracks Prowler with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Prowler scores with a takedown into Kane's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Prowler avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Prowler won't allow Kane to sweep him here.
Kane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prowler on the ground.
Kane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Prowler tries to free his leg and advance position but Kane is retaining full guard.
Prowler stands up over Kane, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kane wants to stand and escape but Prowler is having none of it.
Kane on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kane tries to get out of the position.

Kane is pulling down on Prowler's head to control his posture.
Prowler throwing strikes from guard but Kane blocks nicely.
Kane is looking to stand up but Prowler isn't so interested in that idea.
Prowler throws a big elbow that misses.
Prowler postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Kane looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Prowler working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Prowler trying to control the position from guard on top but Kane is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kane wants to sweep but no luck.

Prowler in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kane tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kane wants to stand and escape but Prowler is having none of it.
Kane looking to hit a scissor sweep but Prowler is one step ahead there.
Prowler forces his way into half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Prowler is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Kane works his way to full guard. Good work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dante Kane dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ethan Prowler's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Kane feints a jab promting Prowler to slip. Kane then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Prowler slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Dante Kane is winning the standup battle so far.
Kane slaps away a takedown attempt from Prowler, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Prowler fails in his attempt to clinch.
Prowler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kane is fending him off so far but Prowler persists. Nope, Kane circles away and we're back to standing.
Kane lands with a nice body punch.
Prowler on the wrong end of a nice jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kane throws a shot to the body.
Prowler is breathing heavily.

A combination from Kane does no damage.
Kane fails to land with a series of punches.
Kane misses with a few strikes there.
Prowler takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kane connects with a solid leg kick.
Kane moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Kane fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Oooooh!!! Kane has knocked Prowler down with a huge combo! Kane steps away and waves a wobbly Prowler back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Prowler is rocked!

That has opened up Ethan Prowler's cut even more.
OH! Prowler has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Kane smells blood and charges in for the finish! Kane unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Prowler sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dante Kane!
