Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tompsons drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kilmer wants to control but Tompsons postures up.
Kilmer is looking for a sweep.

Tompsons rushes Kilmer and presses him up against the cage.

Tompsons is pressed up against the cage. Kilmer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tompsons down to the mat. Tompsons avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Tompsons closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tompsons lands in his opponent's guard.
