The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banks is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McCready.
Good leg kick by McCready there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McCready misses with a wild combination.
McCready fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Banks has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
McCready connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McCready lands with a nice body kick.
Banks moves forwards but McCready connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A swing and a miss from Banks.
McCready avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Banks stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from McCready.
McCready throws a nice looking combination but Banks bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

McCready lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Banks wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
McCready keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Banks's efforts to push away.

Banks throws a jab when McCready was well out of range.
Banks throws a series of punches but McCready avoids them all with ease.

Banks wants to break free but McCready has control.
Banks wants to get back to striking at distance but McCready won't allow it.
McCready lands a body shot in the clinch.

Banks is trying to break the clinch but McCready is controlling him.

McCready escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McCready throws a head kick that misses.
McCready cracks Banks with an open hand slap.

Banks has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by McCready.
Banks is still on wobbly legs! Can McCready finish him?
Banks looks winded!

McCready rushes Banks and presses him up against the cage.

McCready breaks the clinch.
Banks seems to have recovered his senses.
McCready scoring well with a low kick there.
McCready is looking to slow Banks down with leg kicks.
A chopping leg kick lands by McCready.

McCready dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Banks. That did some damage!
Banks's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
McCready thumps Banks with a low kick.
McCready fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Banks.
McCready misses with a two punch combination.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from McCready! Banks is out on his feet! McCready rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Banks is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Banks is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
