Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lonny Waters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waters comes to the cage accompanied by Graduation - Gemini. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waters swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A jab lands there for Waters.

Waters really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Tank rushes Waters and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Tank takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Tank connects with an inside leg kick.
Waters bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tank's head.
Tank tries to clinch but Waters is having none of it.

No joy there for Waters, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tank.

Waters lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tank circles away quickly and effectively.

Tank drops his hands momentarily and Waters takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Tank throws out a loose jab but Waters uses good head movement to avoid it.
Waters throws a hook to the side of Tank's head but Tank sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Waters stuns Tank with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tank throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Waters goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Waters jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Waters lunges at Tank with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Tank's hand.

Tank throws a right and a left that Waters avoids nicely.
Tank misses with an attempted mid kick.
Waters lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tank circles away quickly and effectively.
Tank walks into a left hand.
Tank lands with a nice body punch.
Tank tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Waters manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Waters throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Waters throws a hook but Tank blocks it.

Tank throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Waters blocks it with crossed arms.
Waters has a couple of punches blocked by Tank.
Tank tries to land a knee to the head but Waters blocks with his arms.

Waters is trying to break the clinch but Tank has him pressed against the cage.
Waters lands an uppercut.
Tank prevents Waters from breaking the clinch.
Waters's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Waters swings away with an uppercut that misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
