Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fabrizio Scazzio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jemini Houser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fabrizio Scazzio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jemini Houser! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scazzio wants to clinch up but Houser keeps it at a distance. Scazzio wants to clinch but Houser slips to the side and Houser counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Scazzio could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Houser looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Houser is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Let's hope that Houser has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Scazzio might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Houser seems to be working for a kimura but Scazzio defends the submission attempt. Houser is looking to advance position but Scazzio won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Houser is trying to control. Scazzio wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jemini Houser wasn't active enough on the ground. Scazzio tries to clinch but Houser is having none of it. Houser throws a hook to the side of Scazzio's head but Scazzio sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Houser gets in close and instigates a clinch. Houser managing to block the knees to the body from Scazzio.
Houser changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Scazzio fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Scazzio misses with an elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Scazzio tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Houser avoids it. Scazzio pushes off an throws an elbow but Houser leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Houser blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Scazzio prevents Houser from breaking the clinch. Houser has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Scazzio clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Scazzio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Houser on the ground. Houser is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Scazzio is trying to get back to his feet but Houser has full control of the position and if anything, Scazzio has just worked his way into a worse spot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Houser patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Houser somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Houser controls the position. Scazzio covering up well and avoiding damage. Houser is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Scazzio has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Houser has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Scazzio taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Houser doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jemini Houser!
